What is the difference between omega 3 eggs and regular eggs?

Is it just the increase in omega 3 and if so can regular eggs have flaxseed or an omega 3 oil added and give the same benefits?

The laying hens get fed Omega3 rich foods, but to get any benefit you would have to eat a lots of eggs.

This increases the bad cholesterol intake so not a good idea to eat a lot of eggs each day , personally I take Omega3 rich fish oil capsules as that is absorbed easily and no side effects..helps with circulation, and lifts good cholesterol count…cheers
