Do you know any DHA supplement for kids?

I remember that some fomula contains DHA, but I’ve never seen supplement contains DHA for toddler…
Are there any?

Breyers yogurt has DHA added to some of it’s varieties. As someone else said, soy milk has it added. Some regular milks have it added too (Horizon). Oh, and some egg products (egglands best etc.) are especially high in omega-3s (DHA).

There’s no real evidence that the stuff works, or is even safe for adults. Why would you want to mess with a toddler’s metabolism which is still going to be highly sensitive (like most of the kid’s systems)?

Just feed the kid right, and his body will do the rest. Giving something like DHA now could seriously mess him up.

THERE ARE A FEW VITAMINS THAT CAN BE GIVEN THAT HAVE DHA IN THEM. THE ONLY ONE I CAN THINK OF RIGHT NOW IS NORDIC NATURALS CHILDREN’S DHA VITAMINS. THE ONLY THING THOUGH IS THAT THEY ARE SOFTGELS WHICH IS NOT SUITABLE FOR A CHILD TO TAKE UNLESS THEY ARE ABLE TO TAKE PILLS. BUT I DO KNOW A FEW PPL THAT GET THE VITAMIN LIQUID OUT OF THE SOFTGEL AND GIVE IT TO THEM IN 2 OZ OF JUICE OR MILK.

My son drinks soy milk, and it’s made by Silk, and it has DHA added. I am not sure of a supplement on it’s own.
