It's safe. I have taken both. You can't od on any of that because what your body doesn't need it will put out. The only for sure vitamins you have to be cautious of is iron.
References :
To be safe, try going to drugs.com. They have a 'drug interaction' tool, to check what's safe with what : ) But of course, you shouldn't rely on this for your decision. You should really consult with a medical professional first.
References :
drugs.com

Safe to take these together?
I recently bought a container of cod liver oil dietary supplements, and a container of B-12 vitamins. I need to know if it is safe to take these within the same day. The instructions on the cod liver oil say to take 1-3 gelcaps per day, and the B-12s say to take 1 per day. Would it be unsafe to take, say, a B-12 at breakfast and then a cod liver oil at lunch or dinner?

The supplement facts on the fish oil say each gelcap contains 1,250 I.U.s of Vitamin A (25% DV) and 130 I.U.s of Vitamin D (32% DV). The B-12's says 250mcg of Vitamin B (4,167% DV). Both supplements are made by the same manufacturer.

tl;dr: Safe to take a B-12 and a cod liver oil in the same day?
